Reviews for A Stranger's Journey

REFRESHING! - that's how I'd sum up this book in one word. It is not full of such deep theological terms that lose your attention. Nor is it just a bunch of "feel good" mush. The author shares down to earth everyday experiences. And yet he maintains a sound Biblical basis. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I have used this bible study in two ways. One as a starter for one hour discussion with junior high kids. The second as a personal daily devotion when I had short time. Both ways it works, the open, honest, real life stories/thoughts accompanied with scripture is applicable to us all as we face each day as Christians.
| | The Book This Stranger Has Been Looking For, June 5, 2008 - R. Brandly This book is perfect for the new Christian for basic Christian principles and for the mature Christian who will say "I knew that but I needed to hear it again." It is also excellent as a discussion starter. It would make a great gift. |
